We’ve compiled a detailed list of the various rates charged for short and long term parking, at the official airport car parks and the nearby off-site parking lots, so you can compare, book, and save! Read on for the lowdown on Manchester Airport parking prices.
Overview of Manchester Airport Parking Prices
As a general rule of thumb, the price of parking depends on availability, the facilities at the car park, and distance to the terminals. On-site parking, including park & walk and meet & greet services will cost you more than off-site parking, with park & ride services offering significant savings on long term stays. In terms of official airport parking, Manchester Airport offers six different products for different stay lengths, including, Meet and Greet, Multi Storey, JetParks, Long Stay, Mid Stay, and Short Stay. Typically, there is one of each type of car park by each of the terminals.
A variety of different independent car parks operate from just outside of the airport zone, from larger chains, like NCP Manchester Flightpath, to smaller family owned and operated businesses such as Toad Parking. The vast majority of these park & ride facilities service all terminals, providing free shuttle bus transfers to the airport and back. A smaller assortment of independent meet & greet services are also available, with drivers who will meet you outside of your terminal to collect and then park your vehicle. Again, many of these parking providers undercut the airport’s parking prices significantly, so it’s worth comparing before booking.

To help you select the best option for your needs - whether you’re looking for the cheapest option, the most convenient, or the highest rated, we’ve compared all the available car parks in the table below.

We found that for stays of one, NCP Manchester Flightpath offered the best rates, followed in close second and third by Toad Parking and Hunters Airport Parking. However, for stays of a fortnight or longer, Hunters Airport Parking was the most affordable option, followed by Skypark Manchester and APH Manchester.
The prices of parking at an off-site car park were typically 60% cheaper than the airport’s own park & ride services, at JetParks 1, JetParks 2, JetParks 3, and JetParks Ringway. Three days of parking at Toad Parking for example, would cost you just £25.00, compared to £59.99 at JetParks 3 - a saving of 52%! Whereas a week of parking at Toad Parking would cost you just £40.00, compared to £59.99 at JetParks 3 - again, a saving of 33%. On-Site Parking Rates
At present, the availability of on-site parking at Manchester Airport has been greatly affected by the closure of Terminal 2 and the general reduction of air traffic during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time that these rates were last updated, the T2 Meet & Greet Car Park, the T2 Multi Storey, which has recently been split into the Multi Storey T2 East and the Multi Storey T2 West, JetParks at T2, and the the T2 Long Stay Car Park were unavailable. While the T1/T3 Long Stay Car Park, the T1/T3 Mid Stay Car Park, JetParks at T1, JetParks Ringway were not accepting bookings.
If you’re planning on using one of the on-site car parks, we recommend entering your dates into our online search engine to check to see if the parking facility is taking bookings or not, to avoid turning up on the day to find the lot closed. At the same time, pre-booking online is easier (and cheaper!) than endlessly circling around a lot looking for a free bay, in the hours before your flight is due to depart. To get an idea of how much you can expect to spend, you can check our price guide below:
|Duration||T1 Meet & Greet||T1 Multi Storey||T3 Multi Storey|
Pick-up & Drop-off Facilities
If you intend to use the Turn Up and Park facilities at Manchester Airport for pick-up or drop-off, you do not need to pre-book your parking. You can instead use the Turn Up and Park options at the T1 Short Stay, T3 and T2 West Multi Storey, and the Long Stay (‘T2 West’) car parks, subject to availability.
