Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How the Parking Process Works at Toad Parking

The Toad Parking meet & greet service is simple and straightforward. Once you’re close to Manchester Airport, you’ll need to call the park using the number provided on your booking confirmation. We advise doing this when you’re about 20 minutes away from the terminal, as this will give Toad Parking ample time to send a driver to meet you. Travellers departing from T1, T2, or T3 should follow the road signs to the respective drop-off points to meet their driver. More instructions will be provided over the phone.

Customers departing from T1 should follow the signs either for Departures A which is up the ramp, or Departures B which is at ground level
Customers departing From T2 should follow the signs for the T2 drop off which is around the bend past the bus stops on the left and under the terminal building
Customers departing from T3 should follow the signs for the T3 drop off and park in one of the clearly marked bays outside the terminal building

All drivers are insured and uniformed, making them easy to identify. Your driver will need a set of your car keys, to be able to move your vehicle to the car park. You’re then free to enter the Departures Hall.

On your return to Manchester, you will need to call Toad Parking again, so that the driver knows to meet you with your car. Please wait until you have cleared customs and collect your luggage before doing so. You’ll be met by the chauffeur, who will reunite you with your vehicle, so that you can drive home safely.

Please take a copy of your booking confirmation details with you on your day of travel
All customers will need to pay the drivers £4.00 on arrival, to allow them to exit the terminal in your vehicle, and when bringing the car back to you on return
All customers are required to turn up on time. Any extra costs incurred as a result of the customer arriving early will be met by the customer
As of September 1, the car park will no longer be accepting cash payments onsite. All payments required, in addition to your pre-booked parking will need to be made with a debit or credit card
