How does Happy Days Park and Ride work?
Parking with Happy Days shuttle parking is a straightforward process, as they ensure that you can enjoy a stress-free beginning and end to your trip.
On arrival
Simply arrive at the car park, park in one of the arrival bays and report to reception. You will need to show your confirmation details and hand over your car keys. Your car will then be taken to the secure car park and only moved again if strictly necessary to manage the car park. You can then catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. Buses run during opening hours between 5am and midnight and take around 15 minutes depending on your terminal. You will be dropped off at one of the bus stops outside the terminal entrance.
On return
When you return you will need to give Happy Days a call once you have collected your luggage. This will ensure that a bus will come and pick you up and save you a long waiting time. When you arrive back at the car park your car will be waiting for you in one of the exit bays. You can collect your car keys from the reception, check over your car for any damage (it is best to report it at the time) and then head on home.
Security
At Happy Days Parking Heathrow you can relax knowing that your car will be in safe hands. The car park is an Approved Airport Operator and has all the measures necessary in place to ensure the security of your vehicle. There is 24/7 security which includes barriers at the entrance and exit to the terminal, comprehensive CCTV coverage, regular security patrols and the compound has security fencing all around. With Happy Days you can have the confidence that your car will be ready and waiting for you when you return, just as you left it.
