Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How does Happy Days Meet and Greet work?

You will have no trouble using the Happy Days parking service, as over the past 18 years they have perfected an efficient and effective parking experience.

On arrival

Happy Days serves Terminals 5, 3 and 2 with its Meet and Greet service and the meeting point for each is at the relevant terminal’s short stay car park. However, before you arrive at the car park you will need to give Happy Days a call about 30 minutes before you are due to arrive. This will ensure that a valet is waiting to greet you and that there is enough space in the drop-off zone for your vehicle.

When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket at the barrier and make your way to the Off-Airport Parking Zone where you will be met by the Happy Days uniformed valet. You will need to hand your ticket to the valet and check over your car with them for existing damage. You can then unload your luggage, hand over your car key and walk just a few minutes to the terminal entrance. While you are on your way, the valet will take your car to the off-site Happy Days car park 4 miles from the airport.

On return

When you return you will also need to give Happy Days Heathrow a call once you have collected your luggage or once you are through Passport Control, if you only have hand luggage. You can then make your way to the spot where you dropped off your vehicle in the short stay car park, where your car will be waiting for you. Check it over for any damage and then collect your key for the valet and begin your journey home. Simple!

Security

With Happy Days valet parking you can head off on your holiday knowing that your car will be well protected. Happy Days is an Approved Airport Operator and has ensured that there are more than adequate security features in place to secure its parking compound. There is 24/7 security features which includes entry and exit barriers, full CCTV coverage of the site, frequent patrols of the compound and security fencing. Happy Days drivers are also fully trained and insured to drive your vehicle, giving you peace of mind that your car will be returned to you as you left it.

Additional information

Happy Days only provides a Meet and Greet service at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Unfortunately the service is not available for travel from Terminal 4.

When you arrive at the Short Stay car park drop-off point, you will need to present your booking confirmation. This can be a print out or the digital version on your mobile device.

The valet will need to take your car key in order to drive your car to and from the secure Happy Days car park. Once it is there it will not be moved unless necessary for the management of the space.

Directions

The drop-off and pick-up point for Happy Days Meet and Greet is at the Short Stay car park of each terminal. The area around the airport is well signposted and it will not be difficult for you to find, but below you will find a brief outside of directions.

Terminal 2

As you approach the airport and Terminal 2 through the tunnel, keep an eye out for signs for the Short Stay Car Park 2. It is located on Constellation Way.

When you arrive at the entry barriers take a ticket and make your way to Level 4 and park in row B in the Off-Airport Parking Zone.

Terminal 3

Drive through the tunnel to the Central Terminal Area and follow the signs for Terminal 3 and Short Stay car park 3 on the other side.

When you arrive at the entry barriers, take a ticket and make your way to Level 3 and park your car in Row A.

Terminal 5

Approach Heathrow Airport following the signs for Terminal 5. When you exit the roundabout on the Terminal 5 exit, keep an eye out for the sign to the Short Stay Car Park on the right-hand side.

When you reach the car park barrier, take a ticket and make your way to Level 4 and the Off-Airport Meet and Greet Zone. You can park your vehicle in Zones R to S.
