"I parked my car on the 3rd floor on the 16th of february. I came back on the 22.0202020 at 10.30 The area on the 3rd floor where the desk was was freezing cold with a big wind coming through the Netting. I waited for 30minutes for my car to be delivered to me.
When i started driving the car on the 3rd deck i noticed that the steering was heavy. I checked the wheels and the off side tyre was flat. I told the attendant about it and i was asked did i have a pump which i did not. I changed the wheel myself as there was no one there to help. When the attendant picked my car up from wherever it was he drove it on the flat tyre and ruined it. i took the tyre to the tyre repair shop this morning the 22.02.2020 and was told that there was a nail in the tyre and that the tyre was ruined hence that i had to get a new tyre. The attendant should not have driven the car with a flat tyre. There was a spare in the back and he should have change it before returning the car to me and then advise me that he had to use the spare whic he did not. There was an older man there at the kiosk and he gave me a hand after i changed the tyre. In other words he released the jack for me. I am not happy with the service that you have there and it cost me £114.99 plus VAT to get a new tyre. I will not be using your services anymore.

All you need to do is to give DriveFly a call 20 minutes before you arrive (unless you receive a call from DriveFly) at Level 3 of the Multi-storey Car Park outside the terminal and you will be met by a driver. You can then unload your luggage, hand over your keys and take the short stroll to the airport. On the return you will need to give DriveFly a call once you have picked up your luggage and your car will then be waiting for you where you dropped it off. There is a 15 minute time limit to exit the car park as the airport levies a £7.00 fee after this time.
