How does Greet and Go Meet and Greet London City work?
At Greet and Go LCY the process is straightforward. Once you’ve booked your stay at Greet and Go, you will receive an email confirmation with a phone number. You will need to call this number 20 minutes prior to arrival to let staff know to expect you.
Once you’ve arrived at the airport, drive to the on-site car park (which used to be called long stay). Here you will be met by a barrier. Just take a ticket and park your car in an available space. You will be met by a uniformed driver who will then take your keys and the ticket you received from the barrier.
Now you just simply unload your luggage and take the 3-5 minute walk to the airport!
On arrival back to London, all you need to do is call the number on the confirmation email to let the staff know you’ve touched down. Once you’ve collected your luggage and walked back to the car park, you’ll be met with a driver and your car. They will also hand you a ticket to exit the car park.
