Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How does Butterfly Meet and Greet London City work?

When you are on the way to Butterfly Meet and Greet Non-Flex LCY, all you have to do is call around 20 minutes before arrival. This alerts staff that you’re on the way.

Once you arrive at the airport, drive to London City’s Short Stay car park. You will be met by a barrier – just take a ticket and drive to the nearest space you see. From here one of the friendly Butterfly Meet and Greet Non-Flex staff members will meet you. You will simply hand them your car keys and the ticket you just received from the barrier.

They will move your car to the secure car park in the facility grounds for the duration of its stay. You will then just take the short walk to check in and be on your travels!

On return, you will need to call the same number you called on arrival; to let staff know you have arrived back in London. All you have to do once you have retrieved your luggage, is walk back to the Short Stay car park where you will be met by your car that one of the staff members has parked up ready for you!

You driver will hand you a ticket to leave the car park which will cost you a small fee of £7.00.
