Butterfly Meet and Greet London City Airport operates a simple system to get rid of any confusion. All you need to do is call the car park 20 minutes before you expect to arrive at the airport (using the number on your confirmation details).
On arrival to the airport, you will need to drive to the Terminal Car Park. You will be met at the car park by a barrier where you will take a ticket from the machine that will allow you entry. Then, drive in to the car park and park in any spot. A friendly, uniformed Butterfly Driver will greet you where they will need to take your keys and the ticket from the machine. They will then move your car for you so you can head off to the airport as quickly as possible!
When you return back from your trip, you will need to call Butterfly to let them know you have arrived back in London. Once you have retrieved your luggage, take the short walk back to the airport where your car will have been parked ready to meet you. You will then be given a ticket to exit the car park (it will cost you £7.50 to leave).
Your vehicle will be stored indoors on the Butterfly Parking premises. The facility will ensure your car is safe. With 24 hour surveillance, and a barrier to entry you can be sure your car is extremely secure whilst you’re away.
