Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How does ValAir Meet and Greet work?

ValAir Meet & Greet allows you to begin and end your trip without unnecessary waiting or stress when parking and collecting your car. The parking process is simple.

On arrival

30 minutes before you arrive at the terminal you will need to give ValAir a call to ensure someone is ready and waiting for you when you arrive. You will be met at the drop-off point by a uniformed ValAir driver who will present you will photo ID on request. Your car will be checked over by the driver and then you can hand over your car key and are free to take the short walk to the terminal with your luggage.

As you make your way to check-in, your car will be moved to the secure off-site car park just 7 miles from the airport. It will only be moved again if necessary, for the good management of the space and when it is time to return it to you at the terminal.

On return

On your return you will need to give ValAir a call once you have collected your luggage. This will ensure that your vehicle is waiting for you and you do not need to wait around. Make your way to the pick-up point and your vehicle will be waiting for you with the uniformed ValAir valet. No waiting, allowing you to be on the road home in no time. Keep in mind that the car park is operational between 4am and midnight and do not delay once you have made your call as there is a limit to how long your car can be kept in the pick-up zone without incurring extra charges.

Directions

It is simple to find the meeting point for ValAir parking Heathrow as it is located in the Off-Airport Parking Zone of each terminal’s Short Stay car park. These car parks are well signposted and are easily accessible from the M4 and M25.

Terminals 2 and 3

From the M4 take the exit at Junction 4 and follow signs for Terminals 2 and 3 and the Short Stay car parks
From the M25 take Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 2 and 3
You will drive through a tunnel into the main area in front of Terminals 2 and 3
For Short Stay Car Park 2 and 3 stay in the right-hand lane and use Lane 6 as you approach the entrance
Once through the barrier for Short Stay Car Park 2, make your way to Level 4 and park up in a bay in Row A
Short Stay Car Park 3 once through the barrier, make your way to Level 3

Terminal 4

Take Junction 3 and follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham
Continue for 1 mile until you reach the Waggoners Roundabout then continue to the junction with the A30 and take the first right
You will then see signs for Terminal 4 which you can follow to the slip road entrance to the terminal
At the main roundabout outside Terminal 4, follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 4
Once through the entry barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 2

M25

Take Junction 14 and follow signs for Terminal 4 (A3113)
Cross the next two roundabouts and then pass through three sets of traffic lights then follow signs for Short Stay Car Park 4 at the main Terminal 4 roundabout
Once through the entry barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 2

Terminal 5

Take Junction 4 and follow signs for Terminal 5 onto the North Perimeter Road
Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 5 and turn left at the main roundabout outside Terminal 5
Keep left and once through the barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 4

M25

Take Junction 14 and follow signs for Terminal 5
At the main roundabout outside Terminal 5 take the second exit for Short Stay Car Park 5
Keep left and once through the barrier to the car park, make your way to Level 4
