How does Parking Force Meet and Greet work?

Parking Force offers a straightforward service that will ensure that your trip begins in the right way without any unnecessary stress!

On arrival

All you need to do is give Parking Force a call 30 minutes from your booked time so that a chauffeur will be waiting for you at the terminal. When you arrive, park in one of the drop-off bays and the uniformed Parking Force chauffeur will come and greet you. The driver will check your car over with you for any existing damage and then take it to the secure Parking Force off-site car park. You are then free take the short walk to the terminal with your luggage.

On return

On the return make sure to give Parking Force valet parking a call once you have picked up your luggage or earlier if you only have hand luggage. This will give the valet enough time to bring your car to the meeting point outside the airport and save you having to wait around. When you reach the terminal entrance, your car will be waiting for you at the pick-up point. Your car will be ready 25 to 30 minutes after your call. Check your car over for any damage, then collect your car key from the valet and begin your journey home.

Please note that the car park is operational between 5am and 11pm.

Security

You can leave your car with Heathrow Parking Force safe in the knowledge that your vehicle is in good hands. All drivers are covered under a road risk insurance policy and are professionally trained so that you receive a high-quality service. Your car will be taken to a secure off-site storage unit near the airport which has been awarded a Park Mark accreditation and been inspected by the Police. Security measures include CCTV and exit and entry barriers to the car park. You can rest assured that your vehicle will be kept safe with Parking Force and returned to you as you left it when you get back from your trip.

Additional information

Your will need to bring along your booking confirmation to the airport and present it to the Parking Force valet arrive. You can provide a paper or digital copy.

There is an additional Heathrow Airport levy fee of £8.00 for Meet and Greet operators which is added to the cost of your parking.

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to drive. All vehicles must have a valid MOT certificate and a valid road tax license. Cars not meeting these requirements will be refused at the drop-off point.

Parking Force will paid the entry fee to the drop-off and pick-up point for 15 minutes only, after this time you are liable for additional charges.

Trailors, caravans and motorhomes are note accepted by Parking Force. Vehicles categorised as a ‘van’ will be charged an extra fee of £15 on arrival. There is a height restriction of 6 feet and 6 inches.

Parking Force is operational between 05:00 and 23:00 at Terminals 4 and 5 and between 04:30 and 23:00 for Terminals 2 and 3. Pick-ups outside of these hours will need to be done the next day.

Directions

Parking Force Heathrow is simple to find at the airport as the drop-off and pick-up point is located in each terminal’s Short Stay Car Park.

Terminals 2 and 3

  • From the motorway follow the signs for Terminals 2 and 3
  • Once you pass through the main tunnel entrance you will see the signs for the Short Stay Car Parks
  • Take the right-hand lane and head to either Short Stay Car Park 2 or Short Stay Car Park 3 depending on which Terminal you are flying from
  • Once through the barrier head to the Level 4 Off-Airport parking zone and park your car in a free bay
  • You will then be met by a Parking Force valet

Terminal 4

  • From the motorway follow the signs for Terminal 4
  • As you approach the terminal, you will see the signs for the Short Stay Car Park
  • Once through the barrier head to the Level 2 Off-Airport parking zone and park in a free bay
  • You will then be met by a Parking Force valet

Terminal 5

  • From the motorway follow the signs for Terminal 5
  • As you approach the terminal, you will see the signs for the Short Stay Car Park
  • Take a ticket at the barrier and stick to the left lane as you enter
  • Head to Level 4 and follow signs for 'Off-Airport Parking'
  • When you reach the drop-off zone, park in a free spot
