How does Maple Parking Meet and Greet T4 & T5 work?

Maple Parking Meet and Greet offers a straightforward service that gives you a high-quality experience.

On arrival

You will need to give Maple Heathrow a call 20 minutes before your arrival at the airport. Maple Parking will then have representatives ready and waiting for you. You simply need to drive to the Short Term Car Park at either Terminal 4 or 5 and park in the Off-Airport Parking zone. You can then unload your vehicle and hand over your car keys to the Maple Parking driver. Your car will be photographed to check for pre-existing damage and then driven to the secure off-site car park.

On return

On your return you simply need to make your way to where you dropped off your vehicle and it will be waiting for you in the Off-Airport zone in the Short Stay car park. It is important to provide the car park with up to date flight information, so that they can ensure your car is waiting for you. If you have done so there is no need to give Maple a call when you return. Please note that there is a £20 charge per part or whole day that your car is not collected on the date you stated in your booking.

Whether you choose Heathrow long stay parking or short term parking you can rest during your trip assured that your vehicle is in safe hands. Maple Parking’s secure car park has been awarded Park Mark Police accreditation and receives regular checks to ensure that the car park is entirely secure. There is full CCTV coverage and regular patrols to ensure that your car is safe. All drivers are CRB checked and professionally trained, so you can rely on a high-quality service. Staff wear clear uniform with the Maple valet parking T4 & T5 logo and also carry photo ID, which you can request before handing over your vehicle.

Additional Information

Maple Heathrow parking T4 & T5 was previously known as ACE Parking and Maple Manor parking.

It is essential for you to carry a copy of your booking voucher when you arrive at the drop-off point. You will need to show it to the valet either as a paper copy or as a digital copy on your mobile device. You will also need to provide your return flight details so that the company knows when to return your car.

There is a £20 per part or full day charge for every part or full day that you return after your stated return date. Maple Heathrow will not return your vehicle until you have paid the additional fees.

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle has a valid MOT and a Road Fund License. Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy and safe to drive or may be refused on drop-off. It is possible that you will be permitted to drop your car off at the off-site car park directly, but you will then need to arrange your own transport to and from the airport.

 

Directions

Maple Parking Meet and Greet T4 & T5 is simple to find as the meeting point is located at the Short Term Car Park of both Terminal 4 and 5.

Terminal 4

  • From the motorway follow the signs for Terminal 4
  • As you approach the terminal, you will see the signs for the Short Stay Car Park
  • Once through the barrier head to the Level 2 Off-Airport parking zone and park in a free bay
  • You will then be met by a Maple Parking valet

Terminal 5

  • From the motorway follow the signs for Terminal 5
  • As you approach the terminal, you will see the signs for the Short Stay Car Park
  • Take a ticket at the barrier and stick to the left lane as you enter
  • Head to Level 4 and follow signs for 'Off-Airport Parking'
  • When you reach the drop-off zone, park in a free spot
