Drop-off

Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Hop on the shuttle

Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
On your return

Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Drive home

Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

How does AirParker Park and Ride work?

Arriving

You will need to give AirParker Park and Fly a call 20 minutes before you arrive at the car park, so that everything is in place for you. Drop your car keys off at the reception and head to the bus stop. Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes between 5am and midnight and take around 15 minutes to reach the terminals. The bus will make stops at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 in the forecourt area outside the main entrance to each terminal.

Returning

On your return, head to the bus stop where you were dropped off outside the terminal and catch it back to pick up your waiting car. Collect your keys from the reception area, check your car over for any damage and then begin your journey home.

Make sure to keep your confirmation email and documents from the car park safe to ensure a smooth hand over process at Air Parker Heathrow.

It is simple to find AirParker T2, T3 & T5 as the car park is just a short drive from Junction 5 of the M4.

From the M4 you will need to take Junction 5
At the roundabout take the exit to London Rd/A4 Colnbrook
In half a mile take the left onto Sutton Lane
Continue straight ahead at the next roundabout
After 1 mile turn right onto North Park and continue onto Richings Way
At the next roundabout take the 2^nd exit onto Thorney Mill Road
Cross the bridge and you will see Thorney Mill Golf Course and the entrance to AirParker

Additional Information

Make sure that you bring a copy of your confirmation email with you to the car park. This car be a paper print out or a digital version on a mobile device.

You will need to leave your car key with AirParker Heathrow while you are away. Your car will only be moved to manage the space in the compound and will be moved as little as possible.

The car park is in operation between 05:00 and 00:00 and the bus service runs only during this period.
