Air Parker Heathrow Meet and Greet provides an excellent parking service, helping you save time at the airport. You simply drive your car to the terminal, drop it off with a uniformed chauffeur and take the short walk to the terminal. Your car will then be brought to the same spot when you return. It is possible to save up to 30 minutes either end of your trip, as you do not need to wait for a bus and are dropped off directly at the terminal.

This small business provides a friendly, personal service not matched by the national Meet and Greet services that serve Heathrow. When you arrive at the drop-off point the professional AirParker valet will greet you, help you with your luggage and check over your car for existing damage. While you make your way to the terminal your car will be driven to the secure off-site car park. This Park Mark accredited compound has CCTV and regular patrols to ensure your car is kept safe.

Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How does Airparker Meet and Greet work?

Using AirParker parking Meet and Greet service could not be simpler. With many years’ experience in the business, the staff at Airparker know how to ensure you have a great experience.

On arrival

You just need to give AirParker a call 20 minutes before you arrive at the terminal drop-off point and a uniformed chauffeur will be there to greet you. The chauffeur will show you an AirParker ID, so that you can be sure you are handing your car to someone you can trust. The valet will check over the car with you for any existing damage and will then collect your car keys. Once you have dropped off your vehicle you are free to take the short walk with your luggage to the terminal building.

On return

When you return you will need to give AirParker a call once you have picked up your luggage and your car will be waiting for you where you dropped it off. Make sure to make your way straight to the pick-up point as there may be extra charges levied by the airport for overstaying. When you arrive, check over your car for any damage, then collect your car keys and begin your journey home. Additional Information

You will need to bring a copy of your confirmation voucher with you when you drop-off and pick-up your vehicle. This can be on paper or as a digital version on a mobile device.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to drive. Cars without a valid MOT and tax disc will be refused at the drop-off point.

Directions

The Airparker valet parking drop-off and pick-up point is at the ‘Drop-off Zone’ outside each terminal. It is easy to find and well signposted.

Terminals 2 and 3

Enter the main tunnel to Terminals 2 and 3
For Terminal 2 stay in the right-hand lane following signs for Terminal 2 Drop-off
For Terminal 3 stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Terminal 3 Drop-off
Park up in a bay in lane 3 or 4

Terminal 4

Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4
In the terminal area follow the Drop-off signs
Park in a bay in the 2^nd or 3^rd lane where an Airparker valet will meet you

Terminal 5

Head for Terminal 5 following the signs for Drop-off
On the ramp to the terminal stay in the right-hand lane and at the top make your way to the 2^nd lane
You can drop-off your car in zone 11 at the last zebra crossing
