How does Sure car Parking Gatwick work?

Sure Parking is a stress-free service to use that will ensure that your trip from Gatwick begins and ends in the right way. Instead of having to find your own parking space and then wait to catch a bus with all your luggage, you can simply drop-off your car at the terminal. So what does that mean on the ground?

Arrival

Around 20 minutes before you are due to arrive at the drop-off point, you will need to give Sure Parking a call on the telephone number found on your confirmation email. Once you have informed the company of your imminent arrival, a valet will be waiting to greet you. You will easily recognise the valets by their distinctive orange branded jackets. When you arrive at the Short Stay Car Park drop-off point, you will need to take a ticket at the barrier and then park your car in one of the Meet and Greet bays. Unload your luggage, check your car over for existing damage with a valet, hand over the parking ticket and your car key, then take the short walk to the terminal entrance. While you make your way to check-in your car will be driven to the secure off-site car park.

Return

On your return, you will need to give Sure Parking another call on the telephone number on your confirmation email once you have picked up your luggage. This will give the valet enough time to bring your vehicle to the pick-up point where you dropped it off. You can then head to the pick-up point and your car will be waiting for you, all warmed up. Make sure not to delay in the airport once you have given Sure Parking a call, as there are extra fees levied by the airport. Once you have signed for your vehicle and received your car key from the valet, you are free to begin your journey home. There is so little time waiting around that you can easily save up to 30 minutes compared to a shuttle service!

Directions

There are no intrepid journeys required to located Sure Parking at Gatwick, you simply need to follow the well-signposted routes to the designated drop-off points. As they are located just a short walking distance from the terminal entrance, you don’t need to stress about being late or unable to find the car park.

North Terminal

Make your way to the North Terminal once you leave the motorway, stay in the left-hand lane following signs for the Short Stay Car Park 5. It is the first car park you will see on the right when you leave the barriers. When you arrive at the barriers, you will need to take a ticket to enter (present this to the valet when your car is collected). Once through the barriers, stay on the ground floor and head to the Approved Operators area where you will see a Sure Parking valet in orange high-visibility clothing waiting to meet you.

South Terminal

Once you are almost at the South Terminal, you will need to keep an eye out for signs to the Short Stay Car Park. Make sure you stay in the right-hand lane. When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket and make your way to Orange Car Park 3 on Level 1 and park in one of the bays in the Approved Operators area. A Sure Parking valet in orange high-visibility clothing will be waiting to greet you and you can hand them your ticket from the barrier.

Additional Information

With Sure Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick there is a £6 entry and exit fee that is added to the price of the booking due to a Gatwick Airport levy to use the collection area.
