How Does Looking4 Gatwick Parking Work?
With Looking4Parking Gatwick, you can rely on a straightforward and easy to use parking process to ensure that your trip gets off to the right start.
Upon Arrival
You will need to give the parking service (Ace parking) a call around 15 minutes before you are due to arrive (you can find the telephone number on your booking confirmation). This will ensure that a member of the Looking4Parking staff are on hand to greet you.
When you arrive at the terminal, take a ticket at the barrier and drive to the designated drop-off point. A member of staff will be waiting to welcome you and will direct you to a parking space. You can then unload your vehicle, check it over for existing damage with the valet and hand over your parking ticket and car key.
Once you are ready, you can take the short walk to the check-in desks and your car will be parked for you securely at an off-site car park.
Upon Return
Once you have collected your luggage on your return, you will need to give Looking4Parking a call on the number on your confirmation email. This will give the valet enough time to drive your car to the Approved Operators area where you dropped off your car. Make your way to the pick-up area, collect your keys from the valet and meet your pre-warmed car for the journey home.

Directions to Looking4 Parking Gatwick Airport
You will find Looking4 Parking Meet and Greet at both Gatwick’s North and South Terminal in different locations, but equally close to the terminal entrance.
South Terminal Directions
- You will need to follow signs for the South Terminal and then keep an eye out for the signs for ‘Short Stay and Pick Up’.
- Follow these signs to the multi-storey car park where you will need to take a ticket at the entry barrier.
- Make your way to the Approved Operators area in the Orange Car Park on Level 1 of the multi-storey.
- When you arrive, you can park your car in either row D or E and will be greeted by one of the Looking4 or Ace parking staff.
North Terminal Directions
- Use postcode RH6 0PJ for Sat Nav until you reach the Main North Terminal Roundabout.
- Upon entering the North Terminal from the roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane marked "Drop Off and Hotels".
- Continue in the right-hand lane following signs for "hotels" and specifically the "Sofitel Hotel".
- Proceed towards the Pedestrian traffic lights located between the two hotels.
- After the traffic lights, turn right immediately into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park.
- Take a ticket from the barrier and hold onto it for our driver.
- Inside the car park, follow signs indicating "Meet and Greet Operators".
- Upon reaching the dedicated Meet and Greet area, park in a designated Meet and Greet bay and look for our uniformed staff.
