A professional, uniformed Ace valet will then be waiting to greet you in the Short Stay drop-off point at the South Terminal or in the Sofitel car park for the North Terminal. You can unload your vehicle, check over your car for existing damage with the valet and then hand over the keys. While your car is parked for you securely off-site, you can make your way to the check-in desks just 2 minutes’ walk away.
On your return you will need to give Ace a call once you have collected your luggage. By the time you have made your way to the pick-up point, where you dropped off your vehicle, your car will be waiting for you. It will be pre-warmed, fresh and ready to leave after its full valet service. There is no waiting around with this service, you can start your journey home just minutes after leaving the airport.

The valets who greet you and collect your vehicle are fully trained, CRB checked and are insured to drive your vehicle. Follow the signs for the South Terminal from the motorway and as you get closer you will see the signs for the Short Stay car park. Follow these signs to the Short Stay multi-storey and take a ticket at the barrier (you will need to hand this over to the valet driver). Make your way to Level 1 and the Orange car park. Park your car in one of the spaces in row D or E and you will be greeted by an Ace valet.
Follow the signs for the North Terminal once you leave the motorway and follow the signs for the Drop-off and Hotels at the main roundabout. Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the signs for the Sofitel. Pull into the Sofitel car park, take a ticket which you will need to give to the valet and follow the signs for Meet and Greet Providers. Park in a free space and a member of the Ace team will be waiting to greet you.

Ace Parking will only accept vehicles that will fit into a standard 2.4m by 4.8 space and will only accept cars. Cars over this size may be accepted with an extra charge if there is space but may also be refused if the size of the vehicle is not communicated to Ace beforehand.
Ace will refuse any vehicles that are not fully taxed, that do not have a valid MOT certificate or are unsafe to drive due to some fault.
It is important to inform Ace as soon as you know you will be returning later than your confirmed return time. There is a £10 charge per day or part day over the original return time.
Please make sure that you inform Ace as far in advance as possible, ideally within 24 hours, if you plan to return earlier than your confirmed return date. Ace will then have time to ensure your vehicle is ready to meet you and then you do not have to wait. Ace does not offer refunds for early returns.
