found it very difficult to find followed instruction, ok if you know the area, you must check your car for damage unfortunately we had a nasty scrape on the front bumper but didn't notice until the following day wouldn't use them again

On arrival it's not immediately obvious who to report to as a few staff members were sitting in reception but didn't greet me. Getting to the airport was fine but had to wait 35 mins for the minibus on return. Location of the parking is convenient if coming from north of Bristol but less so from the south.
