They usually offer complimentary shuttle rides to and from the airport. These shuttles are often as quick as the walk from the official car parks, and without having to carry bulky luggage, can be more convenient too.
Highwayman Cardiff is known for its friendly staff. Being Cardiff Airport’s only off-site car park, it provides an excellent alternative to the pricier official airport car parks. At just £45.31 per week, this is a splendid deal for you.
With shuttle buses running every 15 minutes and taking just 7 minutes to get from the car park to the airport, you will be sure to reach the terminal in time for your flight.
Finally, with a Park Mark badge for safety, CCTV, and 24-hour surveillance, this fenced-in car park is an exceptional choice for keeping your vehicle safe while you are away.
Cardiff Airport Long Stay Parking is an excellent choice for those looking to find the best value for money while staying in the airport’s official parking lots.
With such a short distance to walk to the terminal, there is no need for a shuttle. At just £50.99 per week, this parking lot provides you with a secure option close to the airport terminal.
Convenient for those making a short trip or visiting the airport, Short Stay Parking is the most expensive option for parking at Cardiff Airport.
However, it is only a 2 to 5 minute walk to the terminal.
Finally, for those not wishing to spend money on long-term parking, there is the rapid drop off and pick up zone.
The facility for dropping off passengers is free for up to 5 minutes. After that point, it will cost £3 for every 10 minutes. Please note that you should not leave your vehicle unattended in this zone as there is the possibility of it being towed.
The pick-up zone will cost you £1 for the first 10 minutes. The next 10 minutes will cost you another £1 on top of that. If you stay for up to an hour, it is £5, and for every 24 hours that you leave your vehicle there, it is £50.00.
Alternatively, there is a pick up and drop off area in the Long Stay parking lot. This is free for 20 minutes, however the passenger will need to walk the 5 minutes to the airport terminal. In addition, there is a special assistance vehicle for passengers with reduced mobility.
