Instructions

On Arrival

Upon entry to the JetParks Manchester Car Park, you will need to stop at the entry barrier. There are number plate recognition cameras which will scan your car’s registration and then grant you access to the parking facility. Should this fail to happen, you will need to press the ‘Help’ button on the intercom to call for assistance. In this case, please quote your booking number. Once you have entered the car park, park in an available space and unload your luggage. Next, make your way to the bus stop, to catch the next available shuttle bus.

On Your Return

Once you arrive back at the Manchester Airport JetParks 1 Car Park, you will need to drive to the exit. The barrier should lift automatically. If you have overstayed your booking time, you will be asked to pay an additional fee, using the integrated chip & pin device at the barrier.

Transfer Information

In normal conditions, the bus transfer should take approximately ten to fifteen minutes. However, the car park advises that this should only service as a guide. If there are road works or heavy traffic around peak times, you should try to factor in plenty of time ahead of your flight departure time. This ensures that your journey to the airport is as smooth and as stress-free as possible.

Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you on your day of travel, as it acts as your proof of purchase
If you leave your vehicle in the car park for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's normal rate. Please note that this rate is likely to be more expensive than the prices offered by Parkhero
Passengers who require a disabled parking bay are encouraged to park in the T1 Multi Storey Car Park, which offers these facilities on levels 1, 2 and 3. The transfer buses however, are accessible for wheelchair users

Drop-off

Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.

Board the shuttle

Take a shuttle to the terminal; private providers offer on-demand service, so you'll never be left waiting. Unless stated otherwise, the shuttle is included in your booking price.

On your return

Collect your luggage, call the car park, and a shuttle will be dispatched you pick you up outside of your terminal. If you parked with an on-site car park, head to the shuttle bus stop.
