At Heathrow, the shopping experience is made easy and more enjoyable with many shopping services.

 

Reserve and Collect: From the comfort of your home, you can browse through the thousands of products at Heathrow Duty Free shops. Reserve online the items that you like and when you arrive at the airport, pay and collect them.

 

Personal Shopper: At specific fashion stores, an expert shopping assistant will help you choose the designs that fit you the best.

Due to Covid, the personal shopping services are suspended.

 

Home Delivery: If you’re travelling within the EU and you’re a UK resident, you can have your purchases delivered for free to your home address. This applies for purchases over £300 or more for Heathrow Rewards cardholders (or £500 for non-members).

 

Collect on Return: Are you travelling within the EU or UK? Then, you can use the free Collect on Return service. Buy the goods that you want and pick them up upon return from your trip. They’ll wait for you at a pick up point in Arrivals.

 

Returns Promise: If you change your mind, you can return products by filling in an online return form and sending them back via a post office.
