Perfect. As arranged online, it all worked exactly as planned. Well worth parking the car with Cambridge Hotel.

Be mindful of this ,the service from the hotel was good however the website on parking Hero was really misleading, when I booked they said the shuttle was included, it then transpired after I paid it was £4 each way to Gatwick as an additional cost per a person. When I sent proof of this via screen shots Park Hero were adamant I had to pay this, they said they will amend the website but I have not checked if this has happened. I noticed after in previous review someone else had noted this. I should have read this first before I booked. Its a shame as I may have used someone else as the total cost may have been cheaper

Good excellent service . Would use again as long as I can take snowboards and skis

I asked to change my car, everything appeared to have been changed per the email I received, but they didn't have the change when I got to the hotel. Thankfully the hotel sorted it. But while I was on holiday I received an email to say changes had been made, right name and registration, wrong car make and model. No responses to my emails. I did go back to the correct car though. When I picked the car up it was filthy dirty. So not the best experience.
