Cambridge Hotel Car Park Gatwick – How Does it Work?

Upon Arrival

Upon your arrival at the hotel, go to the reception.

Here, you will be required to fill in a form with your vehicle details. Once this is done, hand over your key, and you can head out to grab the shuttle to the airport.

Upon Return

Once you return, call the phone number provided to you on your booking confirmation email, and let the staff know that you need to be picked up.

Once you call the car park, they will be able to pick you up in about 20-25 minutes.

For those returning from the North Terminal, the pick-up point is at bus stop 12 on the ground floor.

For those returning from the South Terminal, the pick-up point is at bus stop 9 on the ground floor.

Finding the Cambridge Hotel Gatwick

For those using satellite navigation, input the following into your device: Cambridge Hotel, 19 Bonehurst Road, Horley, Surrey, RH6 8PP.

When travelling on the M23, take the exit at Junction 9 towards Gatwick Airport. Continue straight through the first roundabout following sign signposting for the South Terminal (2^nd exit).

At the following roundabout, turn right towards the North Terminal (4^th exit).

From here, you will join the A23 and should follow the signs to Redhill. 100 metres on, at the following roundabout, take the 3^rd exit towards Long Bridge to the right and continue following the A23 towards Redhill.

After 2 or 3 minutes, you should find a Tesco Express on your left. Drive straight through the following roundabout, taking the 2^nd exit. 2 minutes later, you will find the Cambridge Hotel on your left.

Be mindful of this ,the service from the hotel was good however the website on parking Hero was really misleading, when I booked they said the shuttle was included, it then transpired after I paid it was £4 each way to Gatwick as an additional cost per a person. When I sent proof of this via screen shots Park Hero were adamant I had to pay this, they said they will amend the website but I have not checked if this has happened. I noticed after in previous review someone else had noted this. I should have read this first before I booked. Its a shame as I may have used someone else as the total cost may have been cheaper

I asked to change my car, everything appeared to have been changed per the email I received, but they didn't have the change when I got to the hotel. Thankfully the hotel sorted it. But while I was on holiday I received an email to say changes had been made, right name and registration, wrong car make and model. No responses to my emails. I did go back to the correct car though. When I picked the car up it was filthy dirty. So not the best experience.
