How Does Easy Parking at Stansted Airport Work?

Upon Arrival
Phone the number provided to you via the confirmation email 20 minutes before your estimated arrival. Keep the staff of Easy Parking Stansted informed if you are running early or late as well. This will help ensure a timely meeting with the valet driver.
You will be provided a receipt by the driver at the moment of handover. Please keep this somewhere safe for when you return, as you will need to provide it to the driver as proof of ownership.
Upon Return
Once you have collected your luggage and passed customs, call the number provided on the booking confirmation email. You will then be given directions to where to meet the driver. You will be given instructions either to meet at the front of the terminal building at the set down zone C or at the Orange Short Stay car park. If directed to Orange Short Stay car park, go to row A&B unless otherwise advised.
✈️NOTE: It is important that you are outside to meet the driver within 10 minutes of making the phone call, otherwise the airport may charge you a levy of up to £50. You are responsible for any exit fees.
Make sure to bring the receipt that you were given at handover on your arrival. Should you have misplaced this receipt, you can also provide your passport as proof of ownership.
Finding Stansted Easy Parking
For those using satellite navigation, input the following details into your system: Stansted Airport, Round Coppice Road, Stansted, Essex, CM24 1QW.
Follow signs for Stansted Airport then follow directions for either, the Express Set Down at the front of the terminal, or Short Term Car Park, depending on your phone call with the staff member.
If heading to the short term car park, enter the short term road and stay in the right-hand lane. Once you pass the bus station on your left, the next car park will be Orange Short Stay. Enter this car park and head towards the taxi bays. Drive past them and pull up at the orange posts in lane G.
