How it works parking at Newcastle Airport Long Stay

Take your confirmation email with you on your day of travel.
When you arrive at the entry barrier, take a ticket. The barrier will then lift to let you through. Make sure to hold onto your ticket as you will need it upon your return.
Drive in and park your vehicle. Once you have unloaded the luggage, you can either head over to the bus stop to take the shuttle to the airport, or make the 5-minute walk to the terminal. The bus runs every 5 to 10 minutes 24 hours a day and takes 3 minutes.
Make sure that you don’t put your credit card or debit card in the machine at the barrier, as you may be charged for the parking again.
Return
Once you have collected your bags and cleared security, you can head back to the car park. For this, you can either walk back, or you have the option of taking the shuttle bus once more. Running every 5 to 10 minutes, you shouldn’t have to wait long.
Once you have loaded up your car, you can drive to the barrier and insert your ticket. At this point, the barrier will lift automatically and you will be able to drive home. No stress. No fuss.
Should you have any issues, you can speak to a member of staff by pressing the intercom button on the machine at the exit barrier.

Join the A696 for Newcastle Airport. You can reach this via the A1 running North-South, the A69 running West, and the A68 running Northwest.
At the Newcastle Airport roundabout, take the exit in the direction of the airport, following signs for the airport terminal. At the next roundabout, take the 1st turn to the left. Follow signs for long term parking from this point.
