How does Vacationcare Park and Ride Manchester work?

Arrival

15 minutes before arrival, you should call the phone number provided in your confirmation email that you will receive after booking the car park. You then drive up to the entry barrier where the guard will let you in upon recognition of your number plate and booking. Once you have parked up you are free to grab the shuttle bus that regularly runs every 15 minutes for the 3 to 5 minute trip to the airport terminal. Your keys will remain at the car park for the duration of your trip.

Return

Upon your return you will be picked up by the shuttle bus. This does depend on the terminal that you land in though.

Terminal 1

If you arrive in Terminal 1, then call 07464 448279 to let the provider know you are ready for collection. Head to the Streetcars Taxi Rank. Across the road, you will find a grey hut with a sign titled T1 Meet & Greet Self Service (It is to the right of the multi-storey Terminal 1 Short Stay Arrivals Car Park). Wait by the hut and the shuttle bus will collect you from there.

Terminal 2

Once you have arrived in the Terminal 2 arrivals hall, call 07464 448279 to let the operator know you are ready for collection. Then follow the signs for T2 West Pick Up. Take the lift in the T2 West multi-storey to Level 1. Wait next to the lift for the shuttle bus to collect you from here.

Finding Vacationcare Manchester

Input the following into your satellite navigation: 8^th floor Multi-Storey Car Park Rowlandsway Wythenshawe Manchester M22 5RG.

Driving on the M56 towards Manchester, take the turn off towards Altrincham, Wythenshawe at Junction 3a. At the roundabout, make a U-turn and come back onto the M56. Take the Junction 4 exit toward Wythenshawe Centre. Take a left onto Simonsway until you pass the ASDA and the B&M on your left. Then take your next left onto Rowlandsway. After the BP station, turn right up the access ramp into the car park. Keep to the left, drive up to the 8^th floor and then stop at the barrier. Honk your horn and wait for the staff to come from the gatehouse to help you.

Driving on the M56 from Manchester, take the Junction 4 exit toward Wythenshawe Centre. Take a left onto Simonsway until you pass the ASDA and the B&M on your left. Highly recommend this company car parking was only a few mins away from the airport , felt safe leaving the car as was monitored 24/7 would definitely recommend them , will use again

Found the location easy enough. Had to pay an extra £10 for drop off and pick up at airport but there were 3 of us so no problem. Good punctuality and car was in same condition as left. Very good👍

This wasn't the easiest place to find and the staff were very rude and didn't seem the most trustworthy of people. I was not happy to leave my car and keys with these lads but too late at this point. Very sketchy to say the least. Then when we landed we were left stood waiting over an hour and when the bus turned up the first time the driver said "oh no i don't have your name" and left us stood a further half an hour. So needless to say i will not use these again and further more would never recommend this very poor outfit.
