How Does Terminals Parking T4 Service Work?

Look no further for a simple, affordable parking service at Heathrow Airport. Read below to see how simple it is to park with Terminals Parking for T4 Departures:

Upon Arrival

On your day of departure, head to Heathrow Airport. When you are 20 - 30 minutes away from the terminals, call the number on your ParkMundo booking confirmation to let them know you will be arriving within that timeframe. Meet the Terminals Parking Chauffeur at the designated Meet & Greet point on your booking confirmation. You will be greeted by the Chauffeur, hand over your keys, collect any paperwork, and be on your way to the terminal's check-in desk. Be sure to keep any paperwork received from the chauffeur safe, as you will need to show it upon return. Your car will be driven by the chauffeur back to the car park, located 5 minutes away from the airport.

Upon Return

Upon returning to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park number on your booking confirmation twice. Call the car park once upon landing, and again after you have collected your luggage, so they can bring your car to you promptly. Exit Terminal 4, head to Car Park 4, Level 2, and meet your chauffeur at Rows E or F. You will then need to show the paperwork you received upon arrival, quickly inspect your car, and be on your way home!

How to Get to T4 to Meet the Terminals Parking Chauffeur

Travellers who book with T4 Terminals Parking will not need to drive to the car park. Rather, they will meet the chauffeur outside Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. To get there, follow the instructions below:

✈️ NOTE: Height Restriction of 2.0 metres apply
Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay. Drive up the ramp and follow the sign for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Car Park 4.
✈️NOTE: Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, keep to your right, and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. You will hand this ticket to the Terminals Parking Chauffeur.
Drive down the ramp to Level 2, following signs for Off-Airport Parking.
Park in Rows E or F where you will be met by a Terminals Parking Chauffeur to collect your car.
