How Does Terminals Parking EV Service Work?
The Meet & Greet service offered at Terminals Parking can't get much easier. For details on what to do on your day of departure and return, read on:
Upon Arrival
On your day of departure, call Terminals Parking via the phone number on your ParkMundo confirmation email, 20 - 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals so they are prepared for you. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located just 5 miles from the airport. EV booking customers should notify the driver of their electric vehicle upon calling.
Upon Return
Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park twice: once as soon as you land, and the second time after you have collected your baggage. Make your way to the designated pick-up point located in your confirmation email, which will vary depending on the terminal from which you are arriving.
Directions to Heathrow Airport Terminals
Getting to Terminal 2:
- Terminal 2 Postcode: TW61EW
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restrictions of 2.1 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay.
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 & 3.
- As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane for T2 Short Stay.
- ✈️ NOTE: Do not go to Drop-offs (upper ramp) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Head up the ramp, staying in the right-hand lane signposted Short Stay Passenger Pick Up.
- Keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier, barrier no.6. You will later hand this ticket to the Chauffeur.
- Drive to Level 4, follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
- Park your vehicle in Rows A or B.
- You will be met by a Terminals Parking Chauffeur to collect your car.
Getting to Terminal 3:
- Terminal 3 Postcode: TW6 1QG
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restrictions of 2.1 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay.
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 & 3.
- Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
- ✈️ NOTE: Do not go to Drop-Offs (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Keep right and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. You will later hand this to the Chauffeur.
- Drive your car to Level 4, and park your vehicle in Rows A or B.
- A Terminals Parking Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
Getting to Terminal 4:
- Terminal 4 - Postcode: TW6 3XA
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restriction of 2.0 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay. Drive up the ramp and follow the sign for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Car Park 4.
- ✈️NOTE: Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, keep to your right, and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. You will hand this ticket to the Terminals Parking Chauffeur.
- Drive down the ramp to Level 2, following signs for Off-Airport Parking.
- Park in Rows E or F where a Terminals Parking Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
Getting to Terminal 5:
- Terminal 5 Postcode: TW6 2GA
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restrictions of 2.2 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay.
- As you go up the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane, and you will see a sign for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up.
- ✈️ NOTE: Do not go to Drop-Offs as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Avis Budget Return T5 signs (this takes you to Level 4).
- After the height restriction barrier, stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4. You will then see a sign after this for Off-Airport Parking.
- Keep left and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier
- Enter the short stay car park on Level 4. Proceed to Rows R or S.
- A Terminals Parking Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
