Upon Arrival
On the day of your departure, proceed to Heathrow Airport. When you are 20-30 minutes away from the terminals, call the number provided on your ParkMundo booking confirmation to notify them of your imminent arrival. Meet the Terminals Parking Chauffeur at the designated Meet & Greet point specified in your booking confirmation. The Chauffeur will greet you, collect your keys, provide you with any necessary paperwork, and send you on your way to the terminal's check-in desk. Keep all paperwork received from the Chauffeur secure, as you will need to show it upon your return. Your car will be driven by the Chauffeur to the car park, located just 5 minutes from the airport.
Upon Return
Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park number on your booking confirmation twice: once when you land and again after collecting your luggage. This ensures your car will be brought to you promptly.
Exiting T2:
Exit Terminal 2 with your luggage and head to Level 4 of Car Park 2. Proceed to Rows A or B. Your chauffeur will meet you here.
Exiting T3:
Exit Terminal 3 with your luggage and head to Level 4 of Car Park 3. Proceed to Rows A or B. Your chauffeur will meet you here.
Exiting T5:
Exit Terminal 5 with your luggage and head to Level 4 of Car Park 5. Proceed to Rows R or S. Your chauffeur will meet you here.
How to Get to T2, T3, & T5 at Heathrow Airport
Getting to Terminal 2:
- Terminal 2 Postcode: TW61EW
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restrictions of 2.1 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay.
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 & 3.
- As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane for T2 Short Stay.
- ✈️ NOTE: Do not go to Drop-offs (upper ramp) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Head up the ramp, staying in the right-hand lane signposted Short Stay Passenger Pick Up.
- Keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier, barrier no.6. You will later hand this ticket to the Chauffeur.
- Drive to Level 4, follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
- Park your vehicle in Rows A or B.
- You will be met by a Terminals Parking Chauffeur to collect your car.
Getting to Terminal 3:
- Terminal 3 Postcode: TW6 1QG
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restrictions of 2.1 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay.
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 & 3.
- Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
- ✈️ NOTE: Do not go to Drop-Offs (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Keep right and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. You will later hand this to the Chauffeur.
- Drive your car to Level 4, and park your vehicle in Rows A or B.
- You will be met by a Terminals Parking Chauffeur to collect your car.
Getting to Terminal 5:
- Terminal 5 Postcode: TW6 2GA
- ✈️ NOTE: Height Restrictions of 2.2 metres apply
- Follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay.
- As you go up the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane, and you will see a sign for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up.
- ✈️ NOTE: Do not go to Drop-Offs as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
- Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Avis Budget Return T5 signs (this takes you to Level 4).
- After the height restriction barrier, stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4. You will then see a sign after this for Off-Airport Parking.
- Keep left and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier
- Enter the short stay car park on Level 4. Proceed to Rows R or S.
- You will be met by a Terminals Parking Chauffeur to collect your car.
