The Meet & Greet service offered by Rose Parking for travellers flying from T5 is quick & easy. For details on what to do on your day of departure and return, read on:

Upon Arrival

On your day of departure, call Rose Parking via the phone number on your ParkMundo confirmation email, 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located minutes from the airport.

Upon Return

Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. They will return your vehicle to you in the 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.'

Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park found on the right-hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for the Terminal 5 roundabout
After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked Level 4
Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R-S
Park your vehicle in Zones R-S, which are signs posted in these zones as 'Off Airport Meet & Greet'
