How Does Express Parking at T5 Work?

The Meet & Greet service offered at Express Parking for travellers flying from T5 is easy. For details on what to do on your day of departure and return, read on:

Upon Arrival

On your day of departure, call Express Parking via the phone number on your ParkMundo confirmation email, 20 - 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals so they are prepared for you. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven by the chauffeur to the car park, located minutes from the airport.

✈️NOTE: If you are dropping off your vehicle early or late, give the car park a minimum 2-3 hours notice. They will try their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee to meet you earlier than your original booking time.

Upon Return

Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear customs, call the car park's number on your booking confirmation. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off, at Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park, in Row R or S.

Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park found on the right-hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout.
After following the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked Level 4. Stay in this lane, which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R-S.
Park your vehicle in this designated area, which is sign posted in the zones as 'Off Airport Meet & Greet'.

Process

Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet, note any existing damage, and head to check-in while your car is driven to the car park and parked securely.

On your return
