Instructions

How Does Express Parking at T3 Work?

The Meet & Greet service offered at Express Parking for travellers flying from T3 is simple. For details on what to do on your day of departure and return, read on:

Upon Arrival

On the day of your departure, please contact Express Parking using the phone number provided in your ParkMundo confirmation email 20-30 minutes before you arrive at the terminals, ensuring they are ready for your arrival. Proceed to the designated drop-off point specified in your confirmation email and hand over your vehicle keys. Your car will be promptly driven by our chauffeur to our secure car park, just minutes away from the airport.

✈️NOTE: If you are dropping off your vehicle early or late, give the car park a minimum 2-3 hours notice. They will try their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee to meet you earlier than your original booking time.

Upon Return

Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. Make your way to the Arrivals hall, and just before exiting, take the lift on the right-hand side to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park, where you dropped off your vehicle. Meet the chauffeur in Row A.

Directions to Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

Terminal 3 Postcode: TW6 3QG

From the M25 exit follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2, & 3.
Upon exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (Car park 3).
Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in Row A.
