How Does Express Parking at T2 Work?
The Meet & Greet service offered at Express Parking for travellers flying from T2 can't get much easier. For details on what to do on your day of departure and return, read on:
Upon Arrival
On your day of departure, call Express Parking via the phone number on your ParkMundo confirmation email, 20 - 30 minutes before arrival at the terminals so they are prepared for you. Drive to the designated drop-off point noted on your confirmation email and hand over the keys to your vehicle.
✈️NOTE: If you are dropping off your vehicle early or late, give the car park a minimum 2-3 hours notice. They will try their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee to meet you earlier than your original booking time.
Upon Return
Upon your return to Heathrow Airport, please call the car park after you have collected your baggage at the phone number listed on your booking confirmation. Make your way to the designated spot where you dropped off your vehicle, on Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park, Row B.
Directions to Heathrow Airport Terminal 2
Terminal 2 Postcode: TW6 1EW
- From the M4 exit, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, following onto Western Perimeter Road
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3
- Upon exiting the tunnel, keep right passing the Central Bus Station joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way
- Keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from the building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2; the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
- On the rising ramp, continue to keep right, as the ramp will lead directly into the Short Stay Car Park entry barriers
- Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park
- Enter the car park on Level 4 & keep right for L4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet
- Park your vehicle in Row B
