Instructions

How does AirParker T4 Park and Ride work?

Arriving

You will need to give AirParker a call 20 minutes before you arrive at the car park, to ensure that staff are ready to receive you. When you arrive, you can drop off your car in one of the designated bays, unload your luggage and hand over your car keys at reception.

You can then head to the shuttle buses, which run every 20 minutes and take between 10 and 15 minutes to reach Terminal 4. The shuttle will drop you off outside the entrance to the terminal.

Returning

When you return you will need to head back to where you were dropped off outside the terminal entrance and wait for the shuttle bus to come and pick you up.

You will be taken back to the car park where your car will be ready and waiting for you in one of the exit bays. Collect your car key from reception and check your car over for damage before beginning you journey home.

Directions

It is not difficult to find AirParker T4 Heathrow as the car park is just a short drive from Junction 5 of the M4.

From the M4 you will need to take Junction 5
At the roundabout take the exit to London Rd/A4 Colnbrook
In half a mile take the left onto Sutton Lane
Continue straight ahead at the next roundabout
After 1 mile turn right onto North Park and continue onto Richings Way
At the next roundabout take the 2^nd exit onto Thorney Mill Road
Cross the bridge and you will see Thorney Mill Golf Course and the entrance to AirParker

When leaving your car with AirParker Terminal 4 you can rely on the excellent security features in place to protect your vehicle while you are away.

These features are Park Mark accredited and Police checked and include comprehensive CCTV coverage, regular manned patrols of the site and security fencing and enter and exit gates. Leave your car with this reliable service without a second thought and head off on your holiday without any concerns. When you return your car will be waiting for you safe and sound in an exit bay ready for you to begin your journey home.

Additional Information

When you arrive at AirParker T4 Park and Ride and when you return, you will need to show your confirmation email. This can either be in paper form or digitally via a mobile device.

You will need to leave your car key with Air Parker while you are away. This enables the car park to move your vehicle from the drop-off bay to the secure car park and return it to the exit bay for you to pick up. Other than this your vehicle will only be moved to manage the space in the car park.

The car park is operational between 5 am and midnight and the bus service to and from Terminal 4 is only operational during this time.

Board the shuttle

Take a shuttle to the terminal; private providers offer on-demand service, so you'll never be left waiting. Unless stated otherwise, the shuttle is included in your booking price.

On your return

Collect your luggage, call the car park, and a shuttle will be dispatched you pick you up outside of your terminal. If you parked with an on-site car park, head to the shuttle bus stop.

Drive home

Collect your car from the car park and drive home.
