Instructions

How Does Cophall Parking Work?

Upon Arrival

Upon your arrival, simply park in one of the drop-off bays and unload your vehicle. After this, you can head over to the car park reception to check in. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you (whether electronic or physical) and hand over your keys to complete the check-in.

A fully trained valet driver will park your car for you.

At this point, you can head over and take the on-demand 10 minute shuttle transfer to the terminal you need. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk to your flight check in. Please note where you are dropped off, as this is also the pick-up point for when you return from your holidays.

In June and July, please call Cophall Parking an hour before arrival to ensure that they have space in their drop-off area due to high demand in these months.

Upon Return

When you return to Gatwick from your travels, call the free phone number provided in your booking confirmation once you have collected your luggage. This is to let Cophall Parking know that you are ready for pick-up outside the terminal.

You will meet the shuttle bus back at the same spot where you were dropped off. 10 minutes later you will be back at the car park, where you can collect your keys from reception and find your car waiting in the pick-up area.

How to find Cophall Parking Gatwick

For those using satellite navigation, input the following into your device: APH Car Park, Copthorne Road, RH10 3PD.

Driving on the M23, take the exit at Junction 10 towards East Grinstead. If Southbound, take the first exit on the roundabout (A264 – Copthorne Way). If Northbound, take the third exit on the roundabout (A264 – Copthorne Way).

From here, head straight over the first roundabout by taking the second exit. At the following roundabout, take the 4^th exit towards A2220, following signs for Maidenbower. Continue on A2220 following signs for APH Parking Centre.

Continue past the Texaco Petrol Station. About a quarter mile later, turn to your right, following signs for APH/Wyevale Garden Centre. You will find the APH entrance on your right.

On your return

The car park itself that we booked, is no longer up and running. We weren’t told this before hand , there was just a sign on the entrance . It directed to the APH parking , which was very good and efficient and easy. Transport to and from the airport easy too. I would recommend APH but feel the car park that is no longer running should be taken off the website .

Everything was exactly as promised - good price, friendly, punctual etc The only comment I would make is that I would have been happy to pay a little extra to have it cleaned before I collected it. A white car which has been standing outside for over 3 weeks in Autumn gets filthy!
