How does parking at Ace Meet & Greet work?
Arrival
15 minutes before your arrival, call the following number: 01293 533 000. Select option 1. This is to ensure that a driver will be sent to meet you at the terminal before you arrive.
Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you for your arrival.
South Terminal
Input the following into your sat nav device: Gatwick (LGW) South Terminal Departure, RH6 0NP.
Take the M23 South from London and exit at Junction 9 following signs for the South Terminal Departure zone.
As you approach the South Terminal, stay right and follow signs for “Short Stay” and “Pick Up”. At the Short Stay barriers, take a ticket and proceed through (keep a hold of this ticket, as you will need to give it to the driver picking up your vehicle later).
Drive into the “Orange Car Park” and continue up to Level 1. At Level 1, turn to the right to find the “Approved Operator Area”. Park in rows D or E as near to the lifts as possible.
From here, you should make yourself known to the uniformed ACE (or Maple Parking) staff member. After that, all the required documentation will be done so that you can proceed to your check-in.
North Terminal
Input the following into your sat nav device: Gatwick (LGW) North Terminal Departure, RH6 0PJ.
Coming towards the North Terminal from the main roundabout, keep to the right and follow the signs for “Drop Off and Hotels”. Keep in the right-hand lane and follow the signs for “hotels” and “Sofitel Hotel”.
At the pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels, turn to the right into the Sofitel Hotel car park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for the driver during the handover.
In the car park, follow the signs for the Meet and Greet Operators. Once you arrive in a dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in one of the bays and look for the uniformed staff member.

Return
Upon collection of your luggage, you should contact ACE Parking on the following number: 01293 533 000 and select option 1 to speak to a staff member and confirm your arrival.
Note that if you call for your car, but do not collect it within 20 minutes, you will be subject to the Short Stay car park charges from that point.
If you are returning earlier than planned, please inform ACE Parking on the number above 24 hours in advance to avoid delays.
South Terminal
For those arriving in the South Terminal, exit the terminal building and follow the signs to the “Short Stay Car Park (Orange Car Park)”.
Your vehicle will be parked at the Approved Operator level in the Orange Car Park. Here you will meet the uniformed staff member to do the handover. From there you can drive home.
North Terminal
Upon exiting the North Terminal International Arrivals, immediately turn right and exit the building. Cross both roads, and continue in the same direction between the car parks, passing under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt and into sight of the Sofitel Hotel.
Cross at the pedestrian lights and head into the Sofitel Car Park. Follow the signs for the Meet and Greet Operators found within the Hotel Car Park. You will be met by a uniformed staff member to perform the hand-over.
