These services are some of the best value for Heathrow Terminal 2 long stay parking, while the airport’s official Short Stay car park is a popular choice for city breaks and weekend trips.

Air Time T2
For a budget service with everything you could need from a car park, Air Time at Terminal 2 is a great option. It is a Park and Ride service with buses that run on-demand and take between 8 and 10 minutes to reach the terminal. The staff are friendly and well trained to ensure the safety of your vehicle. In addition, the car park has Park Mark Safer Parking accreditation and has been inspected by the police to ensure security is top notch.
Air Parker T2
Another Park and Ride service, Air Parker at T2, T3 and T5 is one of our most popular parking services at Heathrow. It offers fantastic value for money with some of the lowest prices and the highest customer reviews. Buses run every 20 minutes and take just 20 minutes to reach the terminal between 05:00 and 00:00. There are excellent security features in place to protect your vehicle and there is even access to the bar and restaurant of the attached golf course!
MBW Parking
By far the best value Meet and Greet service available at Heathrow, MBW Parking is a great choice if you are looking for convenience. With this service you simply need to drop-off and pick-up your vehicle in the Short Stay car park outside Terminal 2. Your car will then be taken by a professional, insured valet to the secure off-site car park and brought back on your return. If you are travelling with a large group or with lots of luggage or if you simply want a short walk to the terminal, this is the parking service for you.
Blue Circle Parking
Blue Circle Parking, formerly Drivefly parking, is an efficient Park and Ride service for Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. It is located only 4 miles from the airport and buses run from the car park on-demand, taking between 10 and 15 minutes. The car park is protected by Park Mark security features and staff are friendly and fully trained to ensure that your journey begins and ends without any issues.
Long Stay T2
The official Long Stay car park at Terminal 2 is a self-park service located a 15-minute bus ride from the airport. Buses run every 10 minutes and will drop you off and pick you up outside the terminal entrance. With this service you can park your car yourself, choose your own space and keep your key with you. It offers excellent security with being located on the airport terrain and when booked in advance can offer great value for money.
Meet & Greet T2
The official Meet and Greet service allows you to drop-off and pick-up your car in a special dedicated covered area outside the terminal. It is also a self-park service where you will need to park up your vehicle and take your keys to the attendant at the desk. While you are away your car will be moved to a secure onsite car park until your return. While you do enjoy some extra security with this service, it offers the same level of convenience as the better value off-site services described above.
Short Stay T2
The Short Stay car park is one of the most convenient parking options available as it is located right outside the terminal, it is undercover and offers excellent security for your vehicle. For weekend breaks and other short trips, this car park is a great choice, but for longer trips it is rather expensive. The Short Stay car park is a self-park service where you can choose your own space and keep your keys with you. When you return your car will be exactly where you left it.
Which parking type to choose?
Now you have seen the different Heathrow Terminal 2 parking options available, let us explore which type is best for you. When considering parking, it is a good idea to make a list of priorities. Firstly, are you mainly searching for value for money or the most convenient option? With this in mind, you can then choose between Park and Ride, Meet and Greet and onsite services.
If you chose value for money as your main priority, then a Park and Ride service is probably the best option for your trip. Park and Ride or shuttle parking services are the cheapest options available, take a maximum of 15 minutes on a shuttle to reach the terminal and have some of the highest customer reviews. While you may have a short wait for the bus at one end or the other and there is the chance of traffic delays, on the whole these small inconveniences are worth the amount of money you will save compared to the other parking options. If you choose Air Parker’s service for 1 week in April 2021 you could save over £100 compared to the Short Stay service!
If you are more concerned with the convenience of your airport parking, then a Meet and Greet or onsite Meet and Greet or Short Stay service will suit you best. These services allow you to park just a short stroll away from the terminal entrance and can save you the hassle of having to park your car yourself. The downside is of course the significantly higher price compared to the shuttle parking options and that with a valet service, you will need to allow someone else to drive your vehicle. If you are headed off on a long-haul flight, the thought of just a short stroll to your vehicle instead of the hassle of waiting for a bus could easily overcome the negative sides of this service type!
