Finding a convenient parking service at Heathrow can be difficult, but choosing a Meet and Greet option will save you time and hassle. You can save up to 30 minutes at either end of your trip! All you need to do is drop off your car at the terminal with a uniformed driver, unload your luggage and take the short walk to the airport. Your car will then be taken to a secure car park and will be brought back to the drip off point on your return.

With Fly Away you can rest assured that your car will be kept safe and secure. Staff are professional and are insured to drive your vehicle and the off-site parking compound has excellent security features. These include CCTV regular patrols of the site. While you are away you can also opt for one of the Heathrow valet parking options, so you can come back to a sparkling clean car.

Drop-off

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand over your car keys

Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
On your return

Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Drive home

Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.

How does Fly Away Meet and Greet work?

Fly Away offers a straightforward parking experience, ensuring the beginning and end of your trip goes without a hitch.

On arrival

30 minutes before you arrive at the terminal you will need to give Fly Away a call and then one of the uniformed drivers will be waiting to greet you. Unpack your luggage and take photos of your car in case of a damage claim. You are then free to hand over your keys to the driver and take the short walk to the terminal.

While you are on your way to the terminal your car will be taken to the secure Flyaway car park just 7 minutes from the terminal.

On return

On your return once you have picked up your luggage give Fly Away valet parking a call and your car will be waiting for you at the drop off point. If you don’t have luggage, make sure to give Fly Away a call 25 minutes before you wish to pick up your vehicle. There are charges for keeping the driver waiting longer than 90 minutes. The parking service operates between 5am and midnight. If you flight is delayed and the driver needs to stay later than 23:30 as a result, you will be charged £20.00 an hour.

Security

With Flyaway parking Heathrow your car will be kept safe, giving you peace of mind during your trip. Whether you choose long stay parking or short stay parking, there are plenty of security features to ensure the car park is secure. Security features include full CCTV coverage, entry and exit barriers, security fencing and regular patrols. Valets are fully trained and are insured to drive your vehicle, so you know your car will be in good hands while you are away.

Additional Information

Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the airport. You will need to present it to the valet at the drop-off point. This can be in a paper or digital format.

Flyaway Meet and Greet does not accept large vehicles such as minibuses, large vans, VW campers or trailers.

As Heathrow is not open 24 hours, there is an extra charge of £20 an hour if drivers need to wait for you after 23:30 due to a delayed flight. You will need to pay this fee when you return.

If customers arrive at the pick-up point 90 minutes or more after the landing time of their flight, there is a £20.00 fee for keeping the driver waiting.

Terminals 2 and 3

Enter the main tunnel to Terminals 2 and 3
For Terminal 2 stay in the right-hand lane following signs for Terminal 2 Drop-off
For Terminal 3 stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Terminal 3 Drop-off
Park up in a bay and a Flyaway valet will greet you

Terminal 4

Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4
In the terminal area follow the Drop-off signs
Park in a bay in the 3rd lane where an Airparker valet will meet you

Terminal 5

Head for Terminal 5 following the signs for Drop-off
On the ramp to the terminal stay in the right-hand lane and at the top make your way to the 2nd lane
