How does Airtime Heathrow Meet and Greet work?
Just like other Heathrow valet parking providers, Airtime allows you to drop off and pick up your car directly at the terminal. The parking process is simple and ensures a hassle-free start to your trip.
On arrival
On arrival simply give Airtime a call when you are 15 minutes away from the airport and an Airtime representative will be waiting for you in a distinctive uniform. If you wish you to verify the identity of the valet, Airtime will text you their mobile number. The representative will check your vehicle for damage with you and you will be asked to sign a document stating any existing damage, mileage and fuel. You are then free to take the short walk to the terminal and your car will be taken to the secure off-site car park.
On return
On your return to Heathrow give Airtime a call once you have picked up your luggage. This will give the valet time to bring your vehicle to the pick-up point outside terminal and save you having to wait. When you arrive at the pick-up location, check your vehicle over for damage, collect your car key and begin your journey home.

- Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 2 Row B
- Terminal 4 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 Row F
- Terminal 5 - Short Stay Car Park Level 3 Row F
