How Does I Love Meet & Greet Parking Gatwick Work?

Valet parking is not complicated and with I Love Meet and Greet you can enjoy a simple parking process that involves very little waiting and a lot of convenience.

 

Upon Arrival

Around 10 minutes before your arrival at the drop-off point, you will need to give I Love Meet & Greet a call. A valet will then be waiting to greet you when you arrive and will check over your vehicle with you for pre-existing damage. You can unload your vehicle, hand over your car key and make your way to the terminal, just a 2-minute walk away. Meanwhile, your car will be driven to the secure I Love Meet and Greet Gatwick car park.

 

Upon Return

When you return, collect your luggage, clear passport control and when you are in the Arrivals Hall, give I Love Meet and Greet a call. This will ensure that your vehicle is at the pick-up point where you dropped off your vehicle when you arrive. Make sure to make your way straight to the pick-up area as there are extra charges levied by the airport for longer stays. When you arrive, you can collect your keys from the valet, load your luggage and begin your journey home. Easy! No need to wait for a bus and you are straight in your car on your way home.

Directions to I Love Meet and Greet Car Park

If you want to avoid the hassle of finding an off-site car park, then I Love Meet and Greet is a great alternative. You simply need to head to the terminal drop-off point and your car will be parked for you!

 

North Terminal

For passengers flying from the North Terminal, you will need to follow the signs for ‘Passenger Drop-off’. Make sure to stay in the right-hand lane and you can avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park. You will find the drop-off area on the left-hand side after following the sign, right outside the Premier Inn. Here you will be met by a uniformed I Love Meet and Greet valet.

 

South Terminal

Passengers for the South Terminal will need to follow the signs for the ‘Passenger Drop-off’. Make sure you stay in the right-hand lane and drive all the way to the end to the Approved Operators area. You will be met by a I Love Meet and Greet valet who will be clearly uniformed and carrying ID.

 

Additional Information

I Love Meet and Greet Gatwick is an Approved Operator. This means that it has been recognised by the airport as a legitimate and reliable parking provider at the airport and is permitted to use the Approved Operators drop-off and pick-up zone outside of the terminal forecourt. A fee of £7 is included in your parking cost summary to cover the Airport charges for Approved Providers.

I Love Meet and Greet does not accept all vehicles. It will refuse to accept licensed taxis, hire vehicles, minibuses with 8 seats or more and vehicles longer than 3 metres. If you are uncertain if your vehicle will be accepted, you can contact our customer service team for more information.
