Additional Information
Heathrow Airport levies a £6.00 fee for use of the drop-off zones outside each of the terminals. This fee is added to your parking fee. Make sure that you do not delay once you have given MBW a call on your return. If your vehicle overstays in the drop-off zone, you may be liable for extra fees.
Please make sure to inform MBW Parking Heathrow if you are going to be later than your booked time. If you arrive more than an hour late, extra charges will be added.
You can purchase extra services such as valeting, tyre changes and air-conditioning charge from MBW Parking on arrival.
All MBW valets wear an orange and black high-visibilty uniform with the MBW logo printed on the back. They also carry a photo ID, which they will present when they greet you at the meeting point. If this is not presented, please request it.
You will need to photograph your vehicle on arrival at the meeting point to record any existing damage to your vehicle. This will support any of your claims for damage on return.
MBW charges extra for vehicles that are over-height (you will need to pre-book) and will not accept vehicle longer than a standard car. Please see the height restrictions below:
- Short Stay car parks at Terminals 2, 3 and 5 - 2.2 metres (7ft 2in)
- Short Stay car parks at Terminal 4 - 2.0 metres (6ft 6in)
There is a £25 charge if you wish to drop-off or pick-up your vehicle outside of the company opening hours of 04:00 to 00:00.
Directions
MBW valet parking Heathrow is not difficult to find and will make your journey to the airport simple and stress free. You simply need to drive to the Short Stay car park for your terminal and a MBW representative will be waiting to greet you in the Off-Airport Parking Zone . The Short Stay car parks are well sign posted and are easy to get to right next to each terminal.
Terminal 2
As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow the signs for Terminal 2 Departures and then the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. You will need to be in the right-hand lane when you leave the tunnel.
Once you have reached the Short Stay Car Park, you can take a ticket at the barrier, head to Level 4 and park in row A or B.

Terminal 3
Follow the same directions as above but for Terminal 3 Departures and Short Stay Car Par 3.

Terminal 4
As you approach Heathrow, follow signs for Terminal 4. When you reach the roundabout outside the terminal follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park.
When you arrive at the car park take a ticket at the barrier and head to the Level 2 Off-Airport Parking Zone. You can park in row E or F. Make sure to give MBW a call 30 minutes before your arrival so that someone is waiting to greet you.

Terminal 5
As you approach Heathrow follow signs for Terminal 5. When you reach the Terminal 5 roundabout, you will need to follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park.
Take a ticket at the barrier when you arrive and head to the Level 4 Off-Airport Parking Zone. You can park in row R or S.
