How does Gatwick Premier Parking work?
Parking with Premier Parking at Gatwick is simple and allows you to start your trip without having to worry about finding a space or having to wait for a shuttle bus.
Arrival
You will need to give Premier Parking a call 25 minutes before your arrival at the drop-off point at the terminal. You can find the number on your confirmation email. By calling you can ensure that there is a valet waiting to greet you and that you don’t have to wait unnecessarily.
When you arrive at the drop-off point, you can unpack your vehicle with the help of the valet and then check over your vehicle for existing damage. Once all the checks have been made, you can hand over your car key and make the short walk to the terminal. The fully insured valet will then take your car to the secure Premier Parking off-site car park.
Return
When you return and have collected your luggage, you can give Premier Parking a call. A driver will then bring your vehicle to the pick-up point where you left it at the start of your trip. If you need any assistance with your luggage, the valet will be happy to help and then you can begin your journey home. There is no waiting around and you can be on your way home as soon as you exit the terminal.
A fee of £7.60 will be added to the parking cost to cover a levy by Gatwick Airport on Off Airport Meet and Greet operators using designated collection areas at the airport.
Security
Premier Parking Gatwick is a Park Mark accredited car park, which means that it has been inspected by the Police and rated as having high security standards. At Premier Parking this equates to 24-hour CCTV surveillance, a staff member on site at all times and a fully floodlit parking terrain. You do not need to worry about your vehicle during its time at the off-site car park as it will be well looked after, especially if you choose to add a valet cleaning service!
Directions
You will have little difficulty in finding Premier Parking as their meeting points at each terminal are easy to find and well signposted.
South Terminal
As you near the South Terminal stay in the right-hand lane and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. When you reach the multi-storey car park you will need to take a ticket at the barrier and make your way to the Orange Car Park 3 on Level 1, where you will find the Approved Operators area. You can park in one of the drop-off bays and will be met by a uniformed Premier Parking valet.
North Terminal
When you enter the North Terminal zone follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. As you arrive at the barrier, take a ticket and make your way to Car Park 6 on Level 5 of the multi-storey car park. Park your car in one of the free spots near the lifts and a uniformed valet will come and greet you.
