On your return

Return

On you return, you will receive another automated text from Help Me Park asking you to give them a call when you have collected your luggage. This gives the valet time to bring your vehicle to the drop-off point without having to wait too long there with your vehicle. Make sure you do not delay once you have made the call, as extra fees can be levied by the airport for parking for longer periods in this area. Once you reach the pick-up point, you can sign for your car, collect your key and begin your journey home.

As you approach the North Terminal keep a look-out for the ‘Passenger Drop-off’ signs and follow them to the drop-off point. You will need to make your way past the Sofitel Hotel, but make sure to stay in the right-hand lane to avoid the queue for the multi-story car park. The drop-off point is located between the Sofitel, a large white building and the Short Stay multi-storey. When you spot the drop-off bays, park up and wait to be greeted by a Help Me Park valet.

Help Me Park Non-Flex Gatwick South

When you get closer to the South Terminal, you will need to keep an eye out for the ‘Passenger Drop-off’ and ‘Short Stay Car Park’ signs. These will lead you to the ground floor of the multi-storey car park where you can drop-off your vehicle with one of the Help Me Park valets.

Help Me Park does not accept vehicles larger than a SWB transit van or vehicles longer than 5.2 metres, vehicles with trailers attached, vehicles without a valid MOT certificate, vehicles that are not taxed, vehicles without enough fuel to drive 20 miles, vehicles without the manufacturer’s recommended levels of oil, engine coolant, water or cleaning fluid or any vehicle that can be reasonably considered unsafe to drive
There is a £10 per day charge for every extra day over your agreed return date if you return later than planned
There is a £10 surcharge for bookings on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
