How Does Ace Gatwick Platinum Parking Work?
The Ace Platinum service is the original fantastic Ace Meet and Greet service with some added extras and offers the same easy to follow parking process.
Upon Arrival
When you arrive at Gatwick airport, just drive straight to the departure terminal meeting area. Once you arrive, a uniformed ACE representative at Gatwick North/ South terminal will meet you, quickly check your vehicle, and then drive your car to one of their off-site car parks. Your vehicle will be stored in the secure car park until your return. Then, all you have to do is head into the airport departures building with your luggage.
Upon Return
On your return you will need to give Ace a call once you have collected your luggage. By the time you have made your way to the pick-up point, your car will be waiting for you. Please note that from the time you call, it will be about 15-20 minutes for your car to be at the meeting point. It will be pre-warmed, fresh and ready to leave after its full valet service. There is no waiting around with this service, you can start your journey home just minutes after leaving the airport.
North Terminal PickUp Point
- After leaving North Terminal Customs, go towards the exit doors.
- Just before the exit doors, take the lift to the 1st floor.
- Follow the signs directing you to the Hampton Hotel.
- Continue past the hotel reception and follow signs to the "APPROVED OPERATORS CAR PARK," where your car will be waiting for you to drive home.
South Terminal Pickup Point
- Follow signs to the Short Term Car Park, specifically orange car park, Level 1, Row D & E. Look for the "Approved Operator Bays" and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned.
